  1. How do I book your services?
    After giving us your details on our contact form, we will be in contact with you to set up a Initial Meeting to go over what we offer and start to plain your wedding.
  2. When do I pay?
    At the start of the Planning Meeting, you will be required to sign a contract and pay at least a 50% deposit.. The remaining balance is due no later then 30 days prior to the service.
  3. Are there Refunds or Cancellations?
    There is a 10 day cancellation period, after which the deposit is Non-Refundable. In the event the customer has paid in full, all amounts paid above the deposit will be refunded. However, if cancellation is within 7 days of the service, only 25% will be refunded.

    We accept Cash, Check, Debit & Credit Cards.
  2. What Discount's Do You Offer?
    Referrals receive 10% off Veterans/First Responders receive 25% off
  3. What areas do you cover?
    We currently cover the Tampa Bay area, within 40 miles of New Port Richey. I can also travel to any part of Florida if Travel Expenses are covered by the Couple.
  1. What's Provided At The Rehearsals?
    We will provide you with a few different worksheets to help plan your wedding ceremony and/or rehearsal to help make the planning process easier and to make sure everyone knows were to stand
  2. What about Bad Weather?
    If rain becomes an issue, we will do our best to work around it, but we recommend hiring a Tent Company to help protect you and your guest's if the forecast is bad enough. If you plan on changing locations or dates, then we will need at least a 24 hour notice
  3. Do you have Hurricane Insurance?
    If a Mandatory Evacuation Order has been issued or the Venue has been closed or destroyed, then we will honor your contract for 1 year post disaster, without additional fees.
  1. Who Is Responsible For Filing The Marriage License After The Ceremony ?
    The Officiant is legally obligated to do this on behave of the couple, but some couples choose to do this themselves..
  2. We Have Children, Can they Be Included In The Ceremony?
    Of course, we have sample scripts & a special service that would include them.
  3. What Type Of Attire Do You Wear?
    The officiant can wear either a Traditional Black or White Robe, Black Clergy Shirt w/ White Collar or regular civilian clothes. It is up to the couple and their wishes.
